主题：心轮舒展-七脉轮系列
「心轮舒展」是轻谜自研「七脉轮」瑜伽系列课程其中的第四脉轮主题
心轮（梵文：Anāhata，意为“无惧”或“纯净”）是瑜伽七脉轮中的第四脉轮，位于胸部中央，对应心脏区域，象征爱与联结的能量中心。整场活动体验结合体式、呼吸法，打开胸腔、柔韧脊柱及释放情绪来激活心轮能量。
呼吸调整会帮助提升专注，缓解肩颈压力，改善呼吸短浅的状态。
胸腔、腋下，髋部的打开，灵活脊柱的习练，后弯的习练，可以帮助释放焦虑和压力状态，促进淋巴循环与排毒，提升身体协调性与心轮开放度。
缓解长期伏案工作者的含胸驼背体态问题，优化体态，预防疼痛。心轮对应心肺功能，练习可间接促进血液循环、呼吸系统健康。
放松的修复性体式，可以帮助释放身体的压力，通过一些瑜伽砖等辅具的特殊设计使用，保持被动开胸状态，促进深度放松
心轮作为上下脉轮的枢纽，其畅通有助于全身能量的整合与循环，带来身心整体的平衡感。
藏香手工坊：
边顶提供纯天然植物香粉，由当归、云樟木、甘松、甘蔗、柏树砖等几十种中草药及雪域高原珍贵植物打磨后，按照百年古方配比。在手工坊体验活动中，参与者可以在体验糅合香泥、成型、脱模等制香步骤的同时，调动五感，触摸纹理，细嗅香气，以气味为冥想途径，疗愈身心。
此次手工坊活动既是天然藏香制作的体验，也是一次静心专注的疗愈之旅。
活动结束后，即可得到形状独特的香块数枚，由边顶统一保存阴干后寄送，香块可随身携带，也可点燃净化室内空气（需专用隔热香盘）。
