然而，近期在特朗普推行一系列关税政策影响下，国际贸易局势愈发复杂。在这场关税风暴席卷下，中概股和计划赴美IPO有何影响?另一方面，3月12日，美国证券交易委员会(SEC)批准了纳斯达克上市规则修订提案，新规已于4月11日生效。对于计划赴美上市的公司，新规将会产生哪些影响? 公司又将如何应对?
